The Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center’s (GHVFHC) internal medicine professionals offer quality prevention and treatment of disease for adult patients. Our highly-qualified, board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners are experienced in diagnosing and caring for both urgent and chronic medical problems. All of our physicians have admitting privileges at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.

Cardiology

Cardiology handles referrals for patients with cardiovascular disease including those with high blood pressure, history of heart attacks or heart surgery and those with heart murmurs. This department is staffed by a board-certified cardiologist with admitting privileges at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.

Endocrinology

Endocrinology handles referrals for patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, and other diseases of the glands in the body. It is staffed by a board-certified endocrinologist who also is a consulting specialist at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.

Infectious Disease

Infectious Disease handles referrals for patients with infectious disease problems including Lyme Disease, Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, etc. This Clinic is staffed by a board-certified infectious disease specialist who also has consulting privileges at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.

Podiatry

Podiatry handles patients with any type of foot problem: bunions, ingrown toenails, abscesses, etc. The board-certified podiatrist can provide both medical and minor surgical care to patients with these problems. Patients requiring major surgery are operated on at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.
